Welcome to our page!!! We decided to create a blog to keep family members up-to-date about our newest addition to the family ~ Arya Nicole Hurley. John is currently enrolled at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary College and just last year graduated from Franciscan Univeristy of Steubenville. He is employed at Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church as the Youth Pastor and also works full time at Fox Run Hospital. CiJi is a stay at home mom to their bundle of joy.

Long Time No Post

Well its been a long time since we posted anything so I thought I would give whoever actually reads this an update....Well Arya is growing like a weed!!! Shes standing and crawling and has 3 teeth (2 on bottom and one on top). She has an awesome personality...She's a little clown---she knows when your laughing at her and she knows how to make you laugh---shes awesome...
Shes still a skinny-tall little thing, but she is getting some more hair (not much, but some).

John is still driving back and forth from where we are staying in Mt. Pleasant to school in Pittsburgh. He seems to like school for the most part---of course he finds things that he disagrees with, but mostly he likes it. He's still working for Fox Run and LAUMC as the Youth Pastor. We got some hopeful news not that long ago from our Pastor at church---John is eligible for candidacy for the church starting in January of 2008---which means that starting in January he will be eligible to student pastor a church!!! Which hopefully means a job as a Pastor for John, and well --- a parsnage for us!!! Hes excited and should be able to start all the paperwork in the upcoming months so it will be done by January!!! We are sad that we may not be going to church at LAUMC or be able to be involved with the Youth there, but this is a huge stepping stone for us!!! We are very excited!!!

As for me, well I'm still a stay at home mommy --- which I wouldn't trade for the world!!! I've been helping my mother-in-law with Erin's baby shower!!! Fun and Exciting!!! This also means that I get to talk to Aunt Debbie a good bit---because shes awesome and is helping out tremendously!!! Sweet!!!

So pretty much everything is going good!!! Hope all is well your way...God Bless and Take Care---Always!!!
